Yellow & Green Belt Certifications

Synergen group offers a range of certified training programs based on the popular Lean Six Sigma methodologies throughout Australia including Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and New Zealand. To attain certification, participants must attend training, complete assessments and implement real workplace improvements during project activities to a defined standard. These programs are certified against standards we have developed based on widely accepted requirements.

Please note that Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications are not part of the Nationally Recognised Qualification frameworks (ASQA).

    Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is an introductory level program that covers the core concepts of the Lean and Six Sigma approaches to productivity improvement.

Synergen Group’s business transformation programs combine training and on-site coaching support to assist your teams in the practical business of implementing actual workplace improvements that provide a return on investment to the organisation.
