Our two day Project Management Skills Development training program provides the knowledge and tools to effectively initiate and manage workplace projects. Participants are taken through a balance of learning with actual hands-on application in the development of a Project Management Plan relevant to their current work environment.

Participants learn all the essentials to running an effective project and they gain practical insights into the end-to-end project life-cycle, from implementing the project to project planning, budgeting, scheduling. We look at how to select a team and how best to manage the project to completion.

Over the course of the two days, participants spend time understanding how to apply their current project to their workplace program. Each participants has time to complete a series of worksheets design to assist them apply the learning into practice.

This workshop is designed to assist project managers by providing a structure, knowledge, tools and techniques to effectively manage projects.
